Whole or half  Lamb is available in season (approx late July to February), butchered to your requirements, for example one whole lamb:

 

1 Whole and 2 half Legs

1 Whole and 2 half Shoulders

Chops or Racks

Mince

All prepared and labelled ready to be placed in your freezer.

 

Whole Lamb is around 20kgs, and will take up one box of an average upright freezer.

SEASONAL LAMB

Our livestock are reared as traditionally and naturally as possible—no routine medication or chemicals, just those needed to ensure a carefree and healthy life. Food miles are also kept to a minimum.

 

Lambs are reared on permanent pasture in Bradenham, to which no sprays or artificial fertiliser have been applied for two years.
